Our Promise/Warranty
All Bookcases carry a one-year warranty for manufacturer defects. If a client encounters a defect while in normal use, BrandAdvantage will either replace the custom case with a custom case, provide a stock case or provide a refund.
Beginning in 2018, all orders will receive an additional 2% of the order at no charge. As it is impossible to produce tens of thousands of cases without any defects, we will cover every order for a possible defect at a 2% rate ahead of time. If no defects occur in an order – a very likely scenario – these are extra cases for use by the school district.
